Sublimated Dad Hat

We love this shape and enjoy working with our client’s graphics. Our art team elected to create an all-over sublimation with a simple woven label on this sublimated dad hat. This hat is made from 100% polyester which gives the  crisp sublimation results you can see. The cap is unstructured, without buckram. It’s neatly put together so there is no dimpling and the needlework is bang on. Notice how the artwork lines up at the seams on the hat main panels, it’s this attention to detail which is the principal focus of our production teams.
