How long will it take to recieve my order?
Once all details are confirmed and the PO and deposit is received, we aim for 10 business days. The process can be much quicker, but it depends on our workload. We’re always motivated to get you the order as quickly as possible and will be able to get you an accurate delivery date within 1 day after we receive your PO and deposit.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept most credit cards, or you can send a check or wire transfer funds.
How much for a rush job?
We don’t charge any extra at all. If we’re able to accommodate your needs, we’ll do it, and we’ll let you know exactly what to expect.
How will the process happen?
Once we receive your artwork and confirmed details we’ll submit either a strike off or mock up within 24 hours for approval. Once the strike off, or mock up is approved we’ll coordinate payment terms.
What are my options for packaging?
We can pack in printer fold, which is folding 12 pieces together. For an additional charge we can pack each tee shirt individually in a poly bag, and if you like, we can also apply a sticker to the outside of the bag with needed information.
How can we customize the tees to make them our own?
We can remove the manufacturers label from the garment and print a custom neck print, or we can sew in a custom neck label, which ever you prefer. This is a great way to promote your brand by including website information. Of course, we’ll keep all pertinent information required such as; size, fabric, country of origin, care instructions… We need artwork, or if you like, we can create the artwork.
Can you guys make hangtags and labels?
The short answer is yes. But, there are minimums and additional charges incurred. Speak to our sales staff to determine details.
What kind of printing do you recommend?
If you don’t know what kind of print technique you want, we’ll suggest the best option given your art and details we get from our dialogue.
What kind of artwork do you guys need?
We prefer high resolution Adobe Illustrator, PDF or EPS for embroidery art. Depending on the artwork itself, we may be able to work with JPEGs.
What if I need help with my artwork?
Basic edits and layouts may be provided at no charge, depending on needs. We’ll also suggest proper art sizing and placement so your tee or hoodie comes out amazing! Additionally, our art department can help with any graphic needs, or create designs and techpacks for any products we offer.
Do you guys have minimum sized runs?
No, we can produce any quantity.
Can you help me select the perfect tee , hat, bag or hoodie?
Yes. We have accounts with the top manufacturers in the country and can help you decide what product will best fit your needs.
Can you help me source any other apparel related , or promotional items?
Yes, we’ve been sourcing apparel related items for over 2 decades for thousands of the nations top companies, brands, retailers, bands and merchandise companies. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll get you the best options. If it can be worn or used, chances are we can get it done for you.
What are your Terms and Conditions?
We accept payments via company check, all major credit cards and bank transfers. Once we go over your specific order needs together, all pertinent details will be openly communicated and agreed upon. Our goal is to make this process efficient and easy so you’ll be reaching out to us every time you have apparel needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
There could be a cancellation fee depending on what stage of the production process we’re at. We’ll work together with you to minimize the chance of this. We’re pros at “starting right”, which means we’ll get all pertinent details at the beginning of the process to “finish right.”
